Exhibition Zeffirelli Filistrucchi Memorie di un sodalizio artistico (Zeffirelli Filistrucchi Memories of an artistic partnership) at Teatro della Pergola until April 16, 2014. The Filistrucchi Workshop of wigs and theatrical make-up has been running since 1720. His glorious career is on display concurrently with the theatrical history of the great Florentine director Franco Zeffirelli. Conference Community Gardens and Public Health: The Impact of Green Spaces on Citizen Health and Well-Being at NYU Florence, Villa Sassetti. Dialogue The Raw and the Cooked with Peter Bialobrzeski at NYU Florence, Villa Sassetti. The Raw and the Cooked is a metaphor for the conscious and unconscious biographical experiences and emotions that constantly interact with Bialobrzeski documentary photography. Throughout all of his work over the last fifteen years, his overriding concern has been the ever-changing dialogues of culture and identity, and in particular the individual’s search for a place to call home.
